I benchmark your organization’s performance in 38 specific marketing and business development processes and produce a comprehensive report entitled "Current vs. Desired State Marketing Assessment."
This Assessment Report provides you with a clear picture of your “current state” describing your organization’s procedures and activities in each process. The Assessment Report also provides you with recommendations on how to move your organization towards the “desired state” by improving, enhancing and/or developing processes, programs and procedures that reflect best practices.
